Browny is an AI-powered postcard generation service. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.
You are responsible for the content you input into Browny. By choosing to make a postcard public, you grant Browny a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content on our Community Feed.
Browny uses the OpenAI API to generate postcard text and to process or transform images you upload (AI style transfer). While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of any AI-generated text or images.

Your use of Browny is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. We encourage you to review their respective policies.
Certain features, including AI style transfer, require credits obtained through a paid subscription. Credits are consumed when you use premium features. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
The Browny name, logo, and all original content and features of the service are the exclusive property of Browny and its licensors.
Browny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
